Shipping policy
Welcome to HP Online! Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, regardless of your location within South Africa. Below is an overview of our shipping policies and procedures.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 hours once payments are received on business days. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. Significant delays in your order's shipment will be communicated via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery charges are R49 including VAT, while orders over R500 are shipped free of charge.
Estimated delivery times are:

3. Shipment to P.O. Box Addresses
HP Online only ships to physical addresses within South Africa. We do not ship to PO Box addresses. We do not ship to any country other than South Africa, except for ESD software.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
An Order Confirmation email containing an ORDZ number will be sent once payment is confirmed, indicating your order has been accepted and processed.
A Shipment Confirmation email with the subject "HP Online Invoice Number" containing an invoice number starting with INFC will be sent once your order is with our courier for delivery.
Orders can sometimes be tracked using our invoice number, shipment number, or the original order number. The tracking number will remain active for 5 days. For assistance, please contact support@hponline.co.za.
5. International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of South Africa, except for customers in sub-Saharan Africa who can purchase ESD Software, delivered digitally.
